By accessing or using Lyno OS ("the Service"), operated by KingsMakers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lyno OS provides an AI-powered receptionist and related tools that answer website visitor inquiries, capture leads, and manage conversations on behalf of a business ("you", the "Customer").

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to transmit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or to attempt to interfere with the Service's operation or security.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis in CAD. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI-Generated Responses

The Service uses AI to generate responses to website visitors based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring that information. Lyno OS does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for non-payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. KingsMakers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
